We’re excited about our new automatic plastic coil punch and bind machine! Thanks to this new technology, our clients will benefit with improved turnaround times, not to mention the very competitive overall value you have come to expect of our Binding Edge team.

New Machine: Large Format Paper Punch

We’re constantly assessing new technologies to learn what will benefit our clients. Today, we’re pleased to announce the installation of a new machine: a large format paper punch. This punch can handle up to a 24” x 20” sheet. It can also handle large calendars that require hangers. This second machine adds capacity that will reduce turnaround times during the busy calendar season.

25 Years of Gratitude

Binding Edge is celebrating 25 years in business in 2020! We are incredibly grateful for all our blessings these past 25 years. We have one of the best teams of dedicated professionals in our industry. We look forward to continued partnerships with our clients to help them serve their customers. Here are just a handful of things that make us thankful for these past 25 years.

How We Rescued a High Volume, High Stress Job — From Our Own Customer

We recently helped a long-time publishing customer trim, punch, and coil bind more than 200,000 books for an important nationwide customer – even though our customer had recently invested in some of their own binding equipment too. We did this on our automated Bielomatik line in less time and more affordably than they could’ve achieved with their new in-house equipment.

It’s Calendar Production Season

It’s that time of year when the team at Binding Edge turns its attention to dating — especially as it relates to the upcoming calendar production season. Presses are rolling on 2020 calendars, and we can help you and your customers build long-term committed relationships with our calendar finishing services.

Save 20-23% on Your Next Binding Job

Our Bielomatik automated binding line consistently saves our customers 20-23% over manual spiral binding processes for plastic and wire. Cost savings from our Bielomatik often help our customers offset any shipping costs to our plant in Neenah, Wisconsin.
